Wellinhand Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
We aim to ship 99% of orders within 24 hours, weekends notwithstanding. We ship all orders direct from our headquarters at The Wellinhand Center in Forest, Virginia. In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we ship our orders using reclaimed packing materials whenever possible.
US Orders
- We offer everyday FREE shipping for US orders over $100! No discount code required. When your order totals over $100, simply choose Free Shipping from the dropdown menu in your shopping cart.
- For orders under $100, shipping rates will be calculated in your shopping cart based on the weight of your order.
- Orders that weigh under one pound (16 oz) will be sent by USPS. Orders weighing more than one pound (16 oz) will be shipped by FedEx Ground. All orders going to a post office box will go by USPS.
International Orders
- International shipping rates will be calculated in your shopping cart based on your specific country.
- Orders weighing up to 10 pounds will be shipped by US Postal Service; orders over 10 pounds will be sent by US Priority Mail.
Returns
We take great care to formulate our products with only the highest quality natural ingredients to ensure maximum potency and efficacy. We believe in our formulas so much that we guarantee satisfaction with all Wellinhand® products. However, if you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price.
Before you send a product for a refund, have you considered the following?
- Expired product - Our products have a shelf life of three to four years. Because we use only all-natural ingredients in our products, the potency can diminish over time. Check the date on the bottle to see if it might be time to order a new bottle or jar.
- Old product, new person - Everyone's bodies are different. If you received an old or leftover bottle of a Wellinhand® product from a friend or family member, it might work differently for you, especially if you are using it for a different issue. Consider trying another variation of the product. Zero Zitz®, for example, comes in several varieties for dry, oily, or combination skin. Be sure to choose the right Wellinhand® product for your needs.
- Not following the instructions - Please be sure that you have read and followed the instructions for use that are printed on every bottle. Oftentimes, customers who say they aren't satisfied aren't using the product often enough, are applying it incorrectly, or might be missing a step. If you aren't sure whether you're using a Wellinhand® product properly, feel free to contact us.
- Not using enough of the product - Some products, like Wart Wonder™, often require more than one bottle to do the trick. Certain products work gradually by eliminating the root cause of the condition, which can often take time. If you need reassurance that the product has worked for others, have a look through the customer reviews on each product page to see what their experiences have been. Please take this into account before giving up on the one product out there that is going to work!
If you've addressed the issues above but you still feel you are not satisfied with a Wellinhand® product, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. For orders placed direct from Wellinhand®, return the product to us
with your receipt and a note explaining the reason you are returning the

To return a product purchased elsewhere, return the bottle to the place of purchase with your receipt.
