Pour Ginger Detox Sea Bath into comfortably warm bath water. Bring a (plastic) bottle of water with you to drink while in the tub. You need to stay hydrated during detox. Toxins accumulate on your skin due to sweat; brush your skin with a skin brush, loofah, or dry washcloth to rid yourself of these surface toxins. For optimum effect, dry brush all of your skin before getting into the tub for you detox soak.

As the water starts to cool, dry off and put on your warmest pajamas. Then bundle up under warm blankets with a good book, soft lighting and another tall drink of water. To acclimate your system to detox baths and avoid exhaustion, start out with a 15 minute soak weekly gradually working up to 30 minute soaks. Remember that the longer you soak, the more water you need to drink.

If you want a complete spa-at-home treatment, while in the tub, massage Wellinhand’s THERAPY OIL(TM)  into your hair and wrap it up in a towel while you soak. After you're bundled-up, rest in bed, shower to wash the herbal aromatherapy treatment out of your hair.
